Eugene Radcliff, a long-­‐time litigator, is a principal of Rock Media Concepts and founder of The Radcliff Law Firm. With a full-service practice centered on Business Law, General Litigation and Entertainment/IP Law, he has represented distinguished industry clients, including one of the largest distributors of film and television content in the world, eOne Entertainment (“The Woman King”, “John Wick”, “The Transformers”, “Come From Away”, “Dungeons & Dragons”, “That Awkward Moment”, etc.), multiple Grammy Award winners Wynton Marsalis and Adele, writers/producers/artists of multi-­‐platinum labels and inked deals with artists/entities featuring BSlade, L'il Wayne, 2Chainz, Patti LaBelle, Charlie Wilson, Babyface, Kanye West, Jay-Z, Justin Timberlake, Jacky Clark and many others, and for the estates of icons Sam Cooke, Little Richard, Sam & Dave, Five Blind Boys of Alabama, Sonny Bono, rock and roll pioneers Bumps Blackwell, George Benson, the Neville Bros, War and The Meters. He represents Hip Hop gurus Master P’s (“I Got the Hook Up 2”) business venture with Snoop Dogg, advised Russell Simmons’ Hip Hop Summit, with Jermaine Dupri, and Damon Dash on projects featuring LL Cool J, Cash Money Records and Ludacris. He has handled the management, production and licensing of programs, merchandise, novels, books, television content, games, ringtones, karaoke content and more. Mr. Radcliff has represented sports clients from the NFL, NCAA, NBA, MLB, NHL, a Chess Grand Master and the Olympics. As a law professor, he teaches all the business law courses, has conducted numerous seminars and written articles on industry-­‐related matters and was also an original drafter of the statutes creating Louisiana's first Music & Movie tax credit acts.
