JUDY GROOVER| CO-OWNER

Co-founder and an accomplished PR professional with over 25 years expertise in marketing, media relations, promotions and publicity to include developing and executing all aspects of public outreach campaigns to increase media exposure and support strategic marketing initiative. She has significant experience in music entertainment industry working as consultant, publicist, promoter, artist manager, talent scout, and freelance photographer. She has an accomplished track record for providing media coverage and producing effective advertising, print, and promotional materials for integrative campaigns.

Groover’s strategic communications expertise comes from personal relationships with some of the most powerful magazine editors and film/TV/music producers in media today. Putting these coveted relationships to work, Ms. Groover is responsible for media leadership, directing and spearheading business development as well as coordinating media initiatives for industry clients and corporate associations. Ms Groover’s experience also represents an significant degree of experience working with high profile entertainers and national and international recording artists such as:  Aretha Franklin, Karen Clark Sheard, Natalie Wilson, Busta Rhymes, Dennis Edwards, David Talbert and others. Including another impressive array of corporate clients such as Adams Mark Hotel, Jive Records, Sister 2 Sister Magazine, Hispanic Heritage Awards, Rosa Regale Sparkling Wine to name a few.

Groover is a graduate of HOWARD UNIVERSITY and holds a Bachelor Degree in Photography and Graphic Design. She sat on the board of directors as Treasurer for The Music Group Associates and on the Corporate IT Committee of Church of Our Lord Jesus Christ of Apostolic Faith, Inc. and currently sits on the advisory board of Onyx Vizion Productions, Inc.

Eugene Radcliff, a long‐time litigator, is a principal and founder of The Radcliff Law Firm, with a full service practice principally centered on Business Law, General Litigation and Entertainment Law. He has represented many industry renown clients in both transactional and litigation matters, including the largest distributor of film and television content in the world, eOne Entertainment (The Theory of Everything, Selma, Hunger Games, the Twilight Series, Foxcatcher, 12 Years A Slave, The Walking Dead, etc.) , multiple Grammy Award winning artists such as Wynton Marsalis, Adele and others, along with members of legendary groups, War and The Meters; producers of multi–‐platinum hits for artists such as L’il Wayne, 2Chainz, Charlie Wilson, Babyface, Eric Benet, Master P and many others, and for icons such as Sam Cooke, Little Richard, George Benson, Sam & Dave, The Five Blind Boys of Alabama, Sonny & Cher, the estate of rock and roll pioneer Bumps Blackwell, and more. He has handled productions for Russell Simmons’ Hip Hop Summit, in collaboration with Jermaine DuPree, Damon Dash and P. Diddy. He has represented team members of N’SYNC and Usher. Mr. Radcliff has been engaged by studio executives and actors from Academy Award winning films (Jenn Gotzen –‐ Frost Nixon), and other A-Listers, such as Mike Epps, Director Leslie Smalls (projects include: Kevin Hart, Steve Harvey, Monique, Cedric The Entertainer, Eddie Griffin and others) and John Anthony (Sherry Berry & The Motown Revue).

As an industry executive himself, Mr. Radcliff served as Director of Development and General Counsel for two independent film studios. He has represented international finance and motion picture investment specialists and production companies, film producers and crew members from productions such as Nip/Tuck, Veronica Mars, ER, Terminator 3, Bring It On, Star Trek, Pearl Harbor; stage performers (The Color Purple, Cher, Celine Dion) and an array of screenwriters, song writers, managers, playwrights, actors, movie and music producers, directors, authors, journalists, TV & radio personalities, and many, many more. He has also handled the production and licensing of novels, books, television programs, games, ringtones, karaoke content and more. Mr. Radcliff has represented clients from the NFL, NCAA, NBA, MLB and the Olympics. He has conducted many seminars and written articles on industry‐related matters and also proudly participated in the drafting of Louisiana’s first Music and Movie tax credit acts.
